Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order.
